VAULTED ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at vaulted.cam. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our store, account features, and related services, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — such as name, email address, profile photo, and sign-in details when you create an account or sign in with a provider (for example Google).
• Order and shipping information — items purchased, amounts paid, shipping address, and contact details needed to fulfill orders.
• Loyalty / rewards data — points earned, redeemed, and related ledger history for Vault Rewards.
• Technical data — cookies or similar session data needed to keep you signed in, remember cart contents, and operate the site securely.

Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the store and your account
• Process orders, payments, refunds, and shipping
• Run Vault Rewards and related account features
• Communicate about orders, account activity, or important service updates
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

Marketplace and inventory sync

We may link our own product inventory SKUs to third-party marketplace listing identifiers (for example eBay item IDs or listing URLs) so stock stays accurate across channels. This uses our seller listing data. We do not use this site to store eBay member personal account data for marketplace account-deletion purposes beyond what is required to operate our own storefront and fulfill our own sales.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to help run VAULTED, which may include authentication and database hosting (such as Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), hosting/CDN (such as Vercel), and marketplace APIs (such as eBay) for our own selling activity. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in sessions, cart state, and essential site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit account or checkout features.

Data retention

We keep account, order, and loyalty records as long as needed to operate the business, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request access or deletion of personal account data as described below, subject to those obligations.

Children

VAULTED is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
